off Flower Street.
Directions
FROM LAX: Merge onto CA-1/S Sepulveda. Take the ramp onto 105 eastbound. After approximately 5 miles, take the exit for 110 northbound. Continue on 110 north for about 8 miles and then take the 3rd Street exit south toward Flower Street. Turn right at the yield sign onto Flower Street. The Parking Entrance is the last entrance on your left before you reach 5th Street.
FROM THE NORTH: Take 110 southbound and exit at 3rd Street. Turn left on Beaudry Street. Turn left on 4th Street, which dead ends into Flower Street. Turn right onto Flower Street. The Parking Entrance is the last entrance on your left before you reach 5th Street.
FROM THE SOUTH: Take 110 northbound and exit at 3rd Street south toward Flower Street. Turn right at the yield sign onto Flower Street. The Parking Entrance is the last entrance on your left before you reach 5th Street.
FROM THE WEST: Take 10 eastbound to 110 North. Take the exit for 3rd Street south toward Flower Street. Turn right at the yield sign onto Flower Street. The Parking Entrance is the last entrance on your left before you reach 5th Street.

The San Diego office of Fairbank & Vincent is located at 401 B Street, Suite 1200 (in the Wells Fargo building). The Wells Fargo building is on the Southeast corner of 4th Avenue and B Street. The entrance to the parking garage is off of 4th Avenue.
Directions
FROM THE AIRPORT: Follow signs for the "Downtown" exit (this will exit you onto Harbor Drive). Turn left on Ash. Turn right on Kettner. Turn left on A Street. Turn right on 4th Avenue, and get in the left-hand lane. Immediately after crossing over B Street, enter the below-ground parking garage on the left-hand side, marked "401 B" at the top of the ramp.
FROM THE NORTH: Take I-5 South to Front Street. Stay left and follow the signs for 2nd Avenue. Go straight for 2 blocks, crossing 2nd and 3rd Avenues. Turn right on 4th Avenue, and get in the left-hand lane. Immediately after crossing over B Street, enter the below-ground parking garage on the left-hand side, marked "401 B" at the top of the ramp.
